In 2011, Sparrow Combined Technical Skills School (SCTSS) was registered as a public school to be governed by the Gauteng Department of Education (GDE) to offer a new concept in skills development programs to learners with barriers to learning. We offer developmental programmes for learners who experience academic deficits and struggle to progress through national curriculum within the required age range. Our Technical Occupational Qualification is registered with the Department of Basic Education and aims to provide an educational stream for learners with barriers to learning and ensure an employable future.
